Hi.. I'm not a host, but instead spent time in another league to get in elite. I understand you need 16/32 racers to get promoted. I have also read that players inactive get kicked after 30/60/90 days according to tier. I also understand a host can kick a player at anytime.  My question is if a league has a pro teir that just can't keep 16/32 ( because people inactive get kicked) can a manager turn off the auto kicking for a time? Thank you for your time.

No, its an auto kick, cant turn it off
