I raised a ticket for something, will I get an PM reply with the outcome. If not how does it work..... because the issue is time sensitive and a previous issue/ ticket I raised I didn’t receive any answer, I would like to know either way so I can update league. Thanks

Hello,
To see the support team's responses, you have to go into the helpdesk like you did to submit the ticket.  In there should be a list of previous tickets you have submitted, and with them, the support responses (if they've replied).
