Hello all. 
If two managers have the same number of points an race wins, what determines their position in the league table?

Who won a race first.

Actually number of race wins are not considered for tie break purposes. The tie breaker for two teams on the same number of points is the best finish of the season. If best finish is the same (which it will be if they both won races) then it is the team who first got the best finish (win).
