Hello,
The easiest free way to get tokens in iGP Manager is through sponsors.  

Sponsors offer you between 1-3 tokens per race, and a sum of money. 
The tokens are received after every race, unlike the cash which you only get if you hit your sponsor target. 
Most managers recommend going for a sponsor which offers 3 tokens.
