Qualifying

Does anyone know why I can never get into the top 10 in quali yet have had 3 podiums on the trot, winning my last race by over 10 seconds and actually lapping someone, who was on the grid 2nd, twice?

I have run out of ideas and it can't be that my car isn't developed because I used last season to prepare for this one and so after 5 races, I have parts at 50% already. (I think thats good :P)

Last nights race at Spain, I started 14th. By the end of lap 1, I was 5th. Something can't be right

That won't show me which 'John Smith' it is.

When I search for 'John Smith' all I get is a list of names, it could be any of them. I cannot know which one it is until I login as each one & check the team name &/or the league

Found it. Just 8th on the list.

I think we are talking about 2 different systems. I am referring to the back end system, which works quite differently

Just to clarify....

You are correct about what happens here.

However, that doesn't help me in the back end system. There are a limited number of things you can search by. If I search by name, I get a list of matches, but all they show are the names. So I get a list of John Smith's & nothing else.

It's not usually a problem, but when there is a long list, it takes a while to login as each one & see if that is the correct manager.

Anyway, I found the right chap & have sent him a message as above, which I hope will help.
