Hello Dun,
I see you’re reporting this from the very brand new macOS version. Tomorrow I’ll try to find time and see if I’m able to reproduce your issue. Most possibly Apple guys broke something with this new version!
Meanwhile can you check if it runs ok on incognito mode? Thank you!

Hey José,
Yes it flashed up something about a flash player no longer supported didnt get a chance to actually read what it was.
I have tried to load a race in incognito mode and still unfortunately the same issue just a black screen.
Appreciate your continued help.

Hello Jim,
Can you try on Safari? It works fine to me here. Most possibly Chrome isn’t up to date with the new macOS. Thank you for your cooperation.

i can play it on safari however it is not a great experience the race is very jittery and slow to respond with any changes which is why i was using chrome.
Is there a different flash player i can download that would work with chrome?

Hello Dun,
This confirm my hypothesis, Google Chrome developer team will need to build a new update in order to get ready for the brand new macOS version. Unfortunately the issue isn’t in our end so I can’t tell you when it’ll be fixed.
I move this topic to the Help & Support subforum since it isn’t a bug.

You could try a different browser like Opera for macOS, it's Chromium based so should run similar well as Chrome but received an update a few hours ago, so maybe it's ahead in terms of fixing the problem.

Hello Dun,
Unfortunately the ball isn’t in our roof. Google team will need to update their compatibility with the latest macOS software.

Hello Dun,
We checked in our side and we're trying to find a workaround to fix Google's mistake. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
