I think I have been misreading the design emphasis dial!

If I want to concentrate on next season, should the dial be fully to the right (full green bar)?

ive been concentrating on next years car for the last 11 races and still only on 25% is  this normal.

It would depend on what facilities you have and also your current car performance

i have full facilites and this year car a@50% i did read some were its a bad idea to copy other ppls car design as it makes next car bad but i think looking at it now that is obviously not true.
