Hi! I have a issue with my username(email). I try to change from 3d to 2d.I wasn't able to do this change with my old address(my only email) it says it's atribute to another account. I change the email to my wife email to do The change. IT was working with her email and i wanted to revert to my email address again. Surprise: I wasn't able to do that. Says to me to contact suport team.
If i do logout and i try to log in. With my old address it says it's not possible. I put to recover The passwort and gave my another account with another username. I don't want to Take from 0 again.
The question is:HOW CAN I PUT MY EMAIL ADRESS AS USERNAME LIKE IT WAS BEFORE?
