Selling the Research Facility

If you sell the research facility, do you lose the abilities you previously bought through the research facility?

For example, I can spy on and replicate opponent parts. If I sell my research facility, will I lose that ability?

I've read somewhere that you don't, though I haven't tried it myself. 

I can confirm if you sell the research facility - you do not lose spying, KERS or DRS

if you reset your team you dont need to buy them either - bug in the game i suppose.
