Need help on china circuit

In the last 2 races in china my car lost too much time (half second maybe more) in the part inside the orange circle, while i was the fastest in the rest of the circuit.
Due to that i finished second cause i used too much kers to stay in DRS zone, after first pit stop i had more kers then others in the first group of cars.
In that orange circle i used PL5.

In the race in china in the last season i thought the problem was my handling and downforce was too low, but in today's race in china we are in the second race of the season and everyone are low in downforce and handling, so it's strange that it seems i'm the only to lose so much time in that part with PL5 while i was the fastest in the rest of the circuit. Our league is quite challenging, i'm not complaining, i just want to understand... 

China's average speed has dropped hugely, concequenyly certain stats are more important and push is higher... It's quite a notable change, and as such I don't think anyone knows the real impacts quite yet... Maybe the dirty air in that section is just super high ?

Dirty air wasn't a problem, i lost time even when i was first, and it seems i was the only one to have this problem
