Ad rewards not working

What did you try to do?
When watching an ad to for example receive new parts or 5% healing on driver training, it's no longer possible to close the ad after required watch time.

What happened instead?
Only way to exit back to iGP is to kill the app, after which no rewards are received.

This issue can be reproduced every time when watching an ad.

This might be related to the new 'do-not-track' feature in iOS 14.5.1

I just tried on my iOS device and it’s working fine to me. Are you experiencing this issue with an specific ad or all of them?

What did you try to do?
The daily adds which reward you with money, parts and training health have not been available for 2 days now.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no change.
Obviously this will very soon make the game unplayable for me.
Please help.

No option to watch the adverts for rewards.

I haven't been offered any ad in shop, training or car repair today, so I can't tell. It looks like something is affecting the ad reward program since I upgraded iOS.

Still haven’t seen any ads.

Exactly same for me.  You can’t exit the advert without turning off phone

In order to identify the problem of the ads not closing we need a recording.

Hello Jose, after my initial report I haven’t been served with a single ad!

Same here, since last app update i get an average 2-3 ads per day on Android 9

I haven’t had an issue since my first post, but every ad I’ve seen since then is a proper advert.  The ones that cause the issue are those for games matching gems or finding three of a type etc

Likewise, not had a full days compliment of ads since the update

Still no ads, this really affects my game. Is there a dev that can further investigate this? I’d say as this also impacts iGP’s revenue, it would be treated as urgent.

I thought they removed ads because I did not see one for 7 days but today they have finally reappeared. Well done!

Same as before but now no ads loading before it loaded after going in loading in egling out then loading up again

When ask for pets adv and comes hero wars it doesn’t close or gives me the X to close resulting not giving my parts today it happens 10 times

Despite resolving for a few days it has today gone back to as it was before and no opportunity to earn rewards. 

Nothing solved over here.

Update: I’m now getting ads served again, however the initial problem remains, I can’t close the ad and am not receiving rewards. 
Happened with the ad for ‘Hero Wars’.
