Good strategy for Japan 50% race?

Was wondering what people would say a good strategy for Japan is? I am not too sure since I messed my strategy up the last few races.

Pit end of L8, Pit end of L17,   Medium tyres, for me I had 36, 41 and 41 L of fuel in each of my three stints.
