Hi if I have 14 extra points from my suppliers say in acceleration so at 186 I'm maxed out at the 200 cap will adding the extra 14 points give me any advantage or make no difference

In Elite you don't get 214. 200 is Max. Only Rookie and Pro tiers allow suppliers to go over the Max limit
