Manager promotion

Lucas Briere, a Pro manager in our league, was all season in the top3 in Pro (so the future promoted) but 10 minutes before the start of the last race, 2 managers with the same name decides to leave the league… so they disabled the upgrades to Elite

To escape the bugs that we suffer (and still no solve..) we decide to create a new league and all manager will join it.

Is it possible to put Lucas Briere in Élite in the new league ??

Indeed, I have always finished in the top 3 of the pro ranking at each circuit and because of 2 managers who decided to leave the league at the last minute, can I go up to the elite because I think I deserve it? simply.
