Cannot drag races in schedule

We have 1 more race left in the season and i am trying to change the schedule. I can highlight races, but i cannot drag then up and down in the schedule, or off and on to the schedule. Therefore, i can't change the schedule. I can change the number of races counter. What is locking me out of the ability to edit the schedule?

FYI, doesn't the chrome model now have an inspection mode?

you can click the right mouse, and click inspection at the end, and you can also click CTRL+SHIFT+I and click F5 then you can change it on chrome PC or Laptop. try it

it's not a bug or game problem, it's just that you don't know about Chrome's functionality on PC & Laptop. and that applies to all the latest browsers, if that browser can't check mode then that browser must be replaced

Sorry, but what you have entered makes no sense. Developer tools have been part of browsers for decades. 

I also tried this in the installed game and Edge, and none of those worked.
