Problem with new Scout System

The transition to the new system should have been progressive, properly advised, or implemented respecting possible previous actions. Igp is a manager, and therefore, a game of management, resource management and strategy. Mine was first to invest my tokens in necessary areas, and I delayed the ascent of a pilot from academy a few days until I had 15 tokens(he was already found in the academy). Because of the change, that pilot that I had waiting to promote, now costs me 50 tokens. and it will be several weeks before he can get on that driver, with the loss of training that had been planned for him at that time, making it impossible to use it in the following season. I feel hurt by the way the transition has been handled, I should have been warned in a more active way to anticipate it, and have encouraged my young pilot before, or let him be able to promote the pilots that were there before.   It is a game of management, of strategy, and with this change mine has been destroyed. Hi Kevin, thanks for your response. I assume there was some announcement about it. But in my opinion, it was not what was properly announced, having such an important specific weight in decision-making. For example, a notice when browsing headquarters or academy, warning of the change in prices, would have been very effective. Now it's summer, there's work, social life, hobbies, hehe. There is little time to keep an eye out for all the official announcements. 
That is why I commented in the previous message that perhaps "it has not been properly announced", always in my view. Best regards
