I am having problems with my upgrades... 
I tried to increase by fuel economy but whatever I change it to it still shows one

Hello,

This is caused by suppliers, you engine supplier is Murk (+10 Acceleration -6 Fuel economy) and your fuel supplier is Elves (+4 Acceleration -2 Fuel economy). In total you’ve -8 points in Fuel economy. You need to put that amount of points there to increase the total value that’s currently negative (but will show 1 since that’s the minimum).
