My driver was going through casino square with 3.8L and losing 2.8L a lap. I had been told that it would pit automatically so I left it. I went straight past the pits and then in casino square in the next lap, it just ran out and retired. Is it meant to do this?

It is not.. unless you pressed the PIT button once or twice? do you recall doing that?
