41laps (75%) race
are 3stops worth it in no-refuel?

I don't have a lot of experience with no refuelling races, but if I were you, I would try a two-stop strategy. In many races, thanks to no refuelling, one less stop is usually better.
If at 100% race distance it works to make three stops, at 75% it should work both. It's up to you!

At 75% no refuelling, 2 stop on Mediums is a lot quicker than 3 stops on Soft
