Keep losing $ at league race

I have no idea that why i am keep losing money every race. In this pace, i may not be able to survive through the season ends. I do not know which part i used up unnecessary money, can anyone help? I am going to list my income and spendings below:
Price money: +576,000
Staff wage(all three staffs are level 13): -(611,600+602,800+608,300)=-1,822,700
Driver wages(both driver are level 14): -(949,300+950,400)=-1,899,700
Supplied Components: -(30,000+50,000+350,000)=-430,000
Sponsor income: +2,227,000
Total income/loss per race: it varies from -1,349,400 to -1,949,400
I don’t really know what i can do and i need someone for assistance.

but i’ve checked the market, all of them have lower T are having lower Levels
Either bad T with Good Level and good spec.
Also i wanna ask that will single-car league decreases cost?

Single car league will decrease cost as you only need one driver. you can sell the other one to save wages

The reason of your negative balance is your drivers.
The solution of your problem is the academy. If your academy is good enough you will pay less than 600000$ for two good academy drivers.

Anyway don't you check if you can afford a driver before hiring him/her?
