Engine Manfurtering/ can't develop own engines

I am not receiving engines designed pionts and also spent 100m and 10 tokens to build my own engines. My account not showing a number of the new updates.

Additional comments:

I am missing out on the engine development and also where my 10 tokens and 100 million spent to develop my own engine. I not receiving engine pionts.  (Update) it sorted but had to spend 20 tokens 200 million.
