I went to the app store and it wasn't available to install.
On the chrome browser i tried to watch a race and it would only let me watch 2d and didn't give me the option to download the 3d viewer
I have just identified the problem and have reported it to the development team. Unfortunately I can't give you an exact date for a fix to be available. It is an incompatibility created by Google. Basically devices like Chromebook are a hybrid between laptop and mobile and it is not well designed in terms of permissions and restrictions. Our app requires access to the camera permissions for the Augmented Reality function and this is generating conflict with your device as there is no such permission on Chromebook (as it is a hybrid) and then Google Play marks it as not supported. As I said, we will try to solve it within our possibilities. Thank you for your understanding Mr Chaz!
you can install apps from the play store right? Maybe your device is being excluded by the app requirements.
You can try downloading the apk from another store
