I have seen this once or twice after upgraded.

Timing View and Data view are fine. Only problem is with Race view.

You may need to restart your PC when you have done all the steps from the above threads.
If restarting does not help, please uninstall Java and reinstall it again. Then follow the steps from the threads I linked earlier and restart your PC again.
This is a very strange one, but I think Blunion Racing has already highlighted nearly all of the possible solutions.
The other thing I would consider is whether in the Firefox browser itself the plugin has become blocked. There are layers of security which the old Java applet must be allowed to pass, in Firefox, Java and then finally your permission saying I accept the risks of running this application.
If any of those are set to false, then this may occur. If Java applets or the applet on igpmanager.com is being blocked by Firefox the browser, rather than Java, then this could explain why changing Java settings is not getting it to display.
