Additional comments:
This has now happened several times, including on practice laps. Doesn't save anything at all

same thing with me 
got new engines with tokens and now they gonna go to waste 
ideal setup clicked used token but nothing got saved 
fuel tried to put in 133 L went back to default 171L
my race is ruined 

its the same problem with me yesterday my race is ruined now my opponents are close to me rather than keeping the gap big in the last races of the season but most importantly it's fixed for me today.
