Scouting in specific countries

Would be nice if we could search for young drivers/staff members by sending scouts to specific countries, similarly to FIFA games. It would add a little bit more immersion to the game, since currently we can only sign drivers/staff from our selected nation which is kind of unrealistic.

What do you guys think?

I'd be fine with that as long as it doesn't mean drivers and staff from certain countries will always be better than others. It should be purely an aesthetic choice, and/or to avoid seeing the same surnames repeat.

I guess the question then is trying to measure whether players would really enjoy this feature.

Tbh as a Romanian i think Romania is very good at that.There are many Romanians working in f1/f2/f3 but you are right in the game we don't want thet difference.Someone from, idk,Fiji(or something else,i said fiji because that was the first country at i was thinking,i don't have anything with fiji) can be as good as an italian
