I wonder that this time reinstalling helped because I have tried before. Received no prompts at all.

Yes, I do get ads again after reinstalling!

When I was reinstalling a few days ago it did not help. But after reinstalling again today it suddenly works.

And meanwhile the prompt appeared to consent the ads. But it didn't appear during or directly after the process of installation.
