keyboard is not available

good morning
After today's update, the keyboard to log in is not appearing

Some managers in my league reported this problem of not being able to enter either the email or the password to log in and enter the game after the last update... they have already uninstalled and installed the game and it did not solve the problem, is there any explanation for this?
