When I buy a motor as a partner team, the set weaknesses do not appear, even though both teams are at level 30. This puts me at a disadvantage compared to the other teams.

Hello,

If you are the customer of a Level 30 engine manufacturer, you will receive the default weakness, rather than what the manufacturer sets.
So, if strength is Acceleration, the weakness applied to customers will be Braking.
