Yep, no save button for strategy in a browser.

Where has the league host setting gone , I can’t find where to change the league setting , that is , refuelling or the 2 tyre set up

This new update is a total mess. 

Can't even enter a quick race in browser. 

Update (I can't edit the post): "Save the Changes" button only shows up if the page is loading. When page is fully loaded, it shows up, but invisible and unclickable.

Did that 3 times

I've managed to get save button by removing the IGP+ extension. 

Still can't enter the quick race in browser. Always stuck at 6%

Yes happened on several laps.

I have installed the new app version and cleared cache.

I have exactly the same problem as you, buddy

Having same issue too :/ 

Having the same issues as well as having false info on practice laps, lap time of 0 as well as 100% wear on tyres. Try to return to the strategy screen and it resets my settings.

No 3 dots next to mail icon , cleared cache , same issue

cleared cache, still can't set up for race;
0.00.000 lap time, 100% wear, 0.00 fuel
even past race history is no longer shown

Same for me, can't view fuel by laps ans 100% for wear...

League race on computer. navigator clean.
