loaded to 7% then nothing

What did you try to do?
I'm unable to join league or sprint races when playing in a browser. This is across two teams with exactly the same results.
What happened instead?
Clicking the Race - Live button takes me through to the Loading Track Resources splash, which stalls at 9%.

Win 11 Home 10.0.26100
Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Firefox and Opera, both latest versions
Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes. Across two teams, two league races, seven sprint races. Other players in the races have the same issue.
Additional comments:
All security is turned off. No VPN, no additional antivirus. Restarted system, checked for updates, cleared cache, all the regular checks had no effect.

I fixed this a few hours ago, forgot to update the thread.
It was only impacting the webgl race viewer. Other platforms worked throughout.
