Hey Gabriel,

Special abilities are expensive and very much needed, that’s why very few teams put their staff with special abilities in the market.

If the very rare situation mentioned above happens, it doesn’t take long until a team hires that staff.

There’s no bug or issue here, just market laws applied, offer and demand at play.
