Why can't I buy a pilot? I don't understand why is a padlock there. Can someone why I cannot buy some pilots?

You can only purchase drivers in one of two ways:

1. Directly from your driver academy.
2. Bidding on a driver at auction who appears in the market.

The "Buy Now" option disappeared during the most recent update.
