Promoting in my League

Hi, Was just wondering if someone could please promote the two teams in Pro division of my league as due to technical difficulties a few days ago our league was reset and took the opportunity to add two more teams to our league as we've had to restart. (Cadillac Racing and Pete and Sons) Thank you :)
