I'm having trouble recovering my second account, it's Tanaka Oil Company/Tanaka Racing a 30th level account, Unfortunately the second account works but the problem is that it is back to version 4.101 and not on 5.001 in the old Samsung cell phones, and now the game does not work on the old 2016 Samsung...., I tried through the email in my iPhone to recover this account but it seems that I have a problem due to email conflict to recover,ok I have 2 emails connected for one works with the main first account and the other with the secondary account that I am trying to recover, I would like you to help me recover the second account.

Hello Gianluca,

I am sorry, I do not understand what you are referring to. 

Nobody has changed your email address - I removed it from your original post for privacy reasons. Sharing your private email address on a public forum is not advisable. 

The Support Team will be able to assist with this issue on their Helpdesk as that is a private setting.

I tried recovery my second account Tanaka Oil Company, this account raced in my league, it is connected to my second email, I tried recovery this account but it don't let me enter, I have 3 phones, I used in my first account Gianluca Fernando Fiorillo on my iPhone 7 plus from 2017, now I buy few days ago a new Motorola G05  I transfer my first account data's on my new phone because next years soon my iPhone 7plus will not have upgrades, it stopped to IOS 15.8 , I have this second account and it is connected to my email but I don't remember the password, this account Tanaka Oil Company is in this old Samsung cellphone was the phone of my dad, I need recovery this account and transfer to my iPhone I created this second account, you sended me to my second email the hash but it didn't work the second account It had tokens more than 100 tokens, ok it was in debt but this account was in pro few months ago but Jose Trujillo expelled my second account because he thinking it was offline for many days, because I focused on my first account, now I want recovery this second account 30th level, It also connected this account as my customer for the supply of my engines and I'm not joking, I would like to recover it

I've replied to your ticket - we do not support account recovery requests on the forum, only in tickets or via e-mail.
