I went to get into the game and although I am a league host in F1 International and in Elite tier. I had to sign in and now I’m listed as a rookie manager. Why? And can my standing be restored? My name in Elite is Michael Bragg and my team name is Team Penske in Elite.

When you login, do you use Facebook or Username & Password?

I used my Apple password to initially signed in weeks ago to my tier. I stay signed in but when I went to set my strategy for the next race which is this morning I wasn’t in my league page or even my tier. I couldn’t even get into my tier. It showed that I was a new user and I can’t even get into the league. My home page still shows me as a rookie. If I can get back to my tier I would like the new account to be deleted. 
  Yes the game won’t let me sign into my account even though I never sign out of it. When i checked it last night for this morning’s race i had to sign in and then it acted like I was a new player. I am looking to sign in as the Elite tier manager and host I am. When I clicked on the league page listed it sent me to rookie home page. I never signed out from my league or account.

Thank you. I have never signed out of the game since i started playing but last night I was signed out. I even got the notice that the Great Britain race which I had set a strategy for days ago was about to start but since I can’t get into my Elite tier I can’t take part in. I hope it can be fixed. I can’t even sign out. 

It seems that if there was an update it locked me out of my tier and to sign in I created a new account. But i want my old account back.

Well unfortunately the option to sign in with Facebook or Apple  or email disappears so quick I can’t actually sign in when I log on. 

The option to log out on this new app page isn’t available.
