Hate to be that guy, but I have just completed a race at the Netherlands and it was something. First, the cars were freezing on-screen every 5 seconds. It wasn't occuring in the same spots, it was random all across the track. Next, there would be a glitch where the cars would appear to be stuck on pit road, but they would complete their stop and appear to pass cars on the leaderboard. Overall, the overtaking issue that happened yesterday was fixed, it just didn't like to broadcast 3D Netherlands.

We're still having memory issues on the servers, I'm unable to work on it at the moment but will be able to from tomorrow. At the moment I'm just taking races out of the server when they have the issue. When this happens, it spreads the "experience" across the whole server, because it's a memory leak.

I strongly suspect all reports like this at the moment are caused by this.
