Car Design / Unspent DP Reset

If you have a car design or missing design points today, I'm aware of the situation and seeing what I can do.

The cause and who was impacted
Several managers were unable to assign design points to their cars. Last night, the cause of this was found - there were duplicate design entries in the database for these teams, e.g. 2 entries for acceleration, 2 for braking etc. The solution for this was to remove the duplicate entries. The intent was that the highest design of the two would remain but it seems for some teams that did not happen. These teams are reporting today a drop in designs relative to yesterday.

The solution
I am currently looking into the possibility of restoring your designs from the last race, and trying to work out a clever way to figure out how many design points these teams had also, and whether we can restore unspent design points.

After reviewing the repair script against multiple reports we received and finding it restored designs to exactly what they claimed, I have now restored all designs and unspet design points (collect in the HQ).
