Massive increase in 1 team design points

What did you try to do?
Just reviewing research and noticed 1 team has the best car in every area and its significantly more, in comparison to yesterday when we all pretty level, love like a 200/300 point difference

What happened instead?
One teams has the most developed car in every area not by 1 or 2 points but alot
