Detailed race report

There are no detailed reports in the race results. Does this depend on the League level (Bronze) or is there another reason? 

Have the same issue for my league race today at Japan can't tap into anyones strategy, also only gained 5 points researching handling with a huge gap (maybe around 140 points) with a handling CD yet my car build doesn't seem like it's gained anything.

I understand that this is not a priority, but this problem has caused me to lose most of my interest in the game. Please take a look at league ID 110332, Italy race.
