How to change name & national

If I open the editor I can only change the look of the driver but I would like more to change the nationality and maybe the name of the driver. Thanks for helping me I don’t understand what I do wrong 

Go to team (3 people at main page) > click the driver > upgrade / edit (green neon bar below attributes/stats/contact)> and then you can edit the info you want.
