Problem with banner league

Hi, I have a problem to change the 512x512 and 1200x120 banner in the championship settings, I try to put the photos of our championship, but the setting tells me to remove the organizer, I tried but the settings don't make me change the file or the photo banner of the championship, I don't know how to solve this problem.
