Dear Jack, I'm writing to you directly, so that this report reaches you first.
I'm the manager of the Italian championship (Formula 1 - the legendary 10:30 PM races). At the restart of the new season, in the first race, the German GP on Monday the 5th, the liveries we all bought with many tokens disappeared, simply recalling the color bar set when choosing the team (I'm talking about the 2D view; our championship is from 2019 and we won't invest money on the seasons). The same liveries were also like this today in the Italian GP. But the even worse and truly annoying thing was that today many of us, even though we were behind in second place, were often denied DRS. I, for example, must have lost at least 6 or 7, and like me, many. The absurd thing is that in the same train of cars, some received DRS and others didn't, just as some received it without any car ahead.
We need to know when all these horrors will be fixed, because we respect you but we also deserve attention.
