How to create a Championship

Go to Community > Leagues > Create a league.

You must be Elite (level 20) to do this though. I see you're currently level 12. The only way to unlock this before level 20 is a subscription, which unlocks a series of perks. If that sounds of interest, all benefits of a subscription are outlined here. It also has a 7 day free trial FYI.
