Pit Crew has 90 moral and won't increase

What did you try to do?
Pit crew should increase morale after a certain number of races, as I am paying them the maximum salary.

What happened instead?
Morale is stuck at 90%, even after the recent changes put in place today to atrophy.

Additional comments:

Paying the maximum is only blocking morale loss. You obtain +0.2 morale each time you satisfy sponsor target. You need at worst 5 times to see an increase of morale.

José would have banned me for sharing this secret. Now I don't care anymore what will happen.

If that's true, I should have seen an increase at least once, certainly more than that, over the past three seasons in my league. It's been stuck at 90 morale since the initial 10 atrophy when the big update first rolled out.
