TranslateHello, I’m getting in touch because when it comes to training the drivers, I always end up training skills that are already at 100%, and I never get round to training the others that haven’t reached 100% yet, So I realise I’ll never get the driver up to 100%, because between not training him and the fact that his skills are reduced at the end of the season, I can see it’s impossible to get him to his full potential. Please look into this issue; I believe it’s quite serious for the team’s development.

This is a known issue due to atrophy. For example atrophy reduces 0.05%, now all formerly fully trained skills sit at 99.95% and are no longer exempt from training, leading to skills lagging behind being amost impossible to train if racing daily. It's probably the most annoying issue for those not being often hit by connection, server and race start problems lately, so I hope it's next focus after those.
