Research ratio

Hi all! 

Why are the research ratios from level 30 to 40 higher than 10% now? 

And why have some managers 16,5% and others have only11% (10% plus 1% for CD strength)? 

Any idea?

Update: someone told me, ts because of the chassis, if you are a manufacturer. 

Research decreases the higher the manager level gets. Someone at level 10 will gain much more points through research than someone level 20, that’s to counter the difference in design points gained. 

I don’t know why Jack decided to stop at 10% when reaching level 30, but I know it’s intended.
