Hi all,

Seems like the server was resisting Christmas time. We had a teething issue with one of our services in the middle of the night when everyone is asleep as usual.

UPDATE: All services are back online and fully operational, including bidding and races.

Will there be a race at 6;30 am EST? There is 2 mins before lock out.

It would be good if once the issues are fixed all races are delayed by 24 hours. This will give everyone a chance to get on and do setups for the race and good notice of when the race will be.

i.e. I have a race tonight at 9:00pm. I am not around tonight and so would have setup for it at around lunchtime today. Of course that is now not possible. ;-)

Jack my race was due to start over an hour ago, it hasnt run even though the app is saying its in progress. Until the race server issues are corrected no races will actually run even if the app clicks over to state so.

Yes. My race viewer won't load so must be the case. I wish there was a simple official notification to avoid confusion. Nothing elaborate just "races will be delayed" or some such.

such as what was in Darrens original post? "...but for now consider you races as being postponed..." kinda sounds like an official notification, well not in game but here at least

There is still some maintenance ongoing on bids and races. When this is complete we will have those services runing as normal again. In the meantime anyhting that hasn't started, delayed or didn't run last night will certainly be postponed.

Can't you set up from your phone or someone else's? The web pages are easy to use on phones, and that was a big part of the rebuild, so people can set up on the go. :)

Completely understand that shit happens. I would like to ask that races are postponed until next scheduled race day. For those who are on east coast US time zone, we have to go and earn money and plan our escapes from Trump's regime. It would be difficult to join a race later today.

All services are back online now and fully operational. Bidding, races, the works.

Sorry everyone for the downtime during the night (GMT) and evening (American time). You were all extremely patient and understanding, and I can only thank you for that. We truly have the best fans.

We basically pulled an all-nighter to get things back online as quickly as we could and need some rest now. I will now be postponing races which didn't run last night to the next calendar slot and any upcoming races will run as usual.

One small issue ive noticed is that driver health did not continue to improve during the downtime, not sure if thats consistent with other downtimes or new

Yep, I was going to notify that. I had the health of my drivers, as always, calculated to be at 100% for my race today, but because the downtime, they didn't re-health, so I'm going to the race with my drivers at 84% health.... couldn't be recovered? That was really and issue.

It's the same for everyone at least. I guess the healing just didn't run while it was down.

Noticed health regeneration was not working during that time, it's not a problem for me as I have enough tokens to heal them but what about others players ?
