Hi Michael, thanks for reporting this.

At your level you’ll already know how Boost/KERS normally behaves in live races, so I won’t cover the basics. If it felt like the boost was draining much faster than usual, we’ll need a bit more detail to check whether something abnormal happened.

Could you send us:

• the race where you noticed it
  
• whether it affected one car or both
  
• roughly when in the race it happened
  
• whether you were holding Boost continuously or using short bursts
  
• ideally a short screen recording showing the boost bar draining
  

Your Technology HQ/Boost level should affect how much boost is available, so if the bar is emptying far quicker than you’d normally expect, a video would help us compare the behaviour properly.

To be honest she didn't really write that reply. I had to walk her through it so much I basically wrote it. All part of her training!
