I completely understand that giving money and tokens as a reward would be a nightmare to balance and so on but considering the cosmetic side of igp (liveries, driver avatars, etc), wouldn't it be a good idea to have a different currency such as "cosmetic tokens" that are given as rewards at the end of a championship, depending on where you finish.
It would at least give a tangible reward at the end of a season and a reason to try harder in the next. There will also be no advantages given to top teams so it's a fair system.
I feel this would allow a lot more variety in team liveries rather than just sticking to one because currently it costs tokens to change to certain patterns/finishes. Imagine in a home race you could switch to another livery or perhaps change liveries every "year".
