Pit crew

I train my pit crew regularly and they never upgrade for 3 season stuck on 1.5 starts with one at 1star 
Any ideas why they don’t level up

Can anybody assist Phill… he’s had this problem with his pit crew for some time now… is there any advice or does this need to be raised as a bug? Could one of you kind folk please advise,Thank you.

Sandy looks like this game is dead they will happily take your money but not around when help is needed 

This is very sad to see, .. there must be something going on, as previously all bugs/help requests have been answered and resolved.
I trust and hope that Jack and his team will remedy the situation and also update us with current situation, direction the game is moving forward in.
